مرت صاحبة الخيال الحنون

زهرة في عنان سماء الادب

تحكي حكاية ليلى وهمسها

هو الفؤاد حين يهوى طريقه

يسجل عشق الهيام بغريبه

مر من هنا وشرب الغرام

وتجرع سم الهوى والحب

فمال حيث ديار ليلى ونيرانها

لتكتمل قصة الحب الحنون

في اروع نيرانها المتقدة

هنا زهراء وهناك حروفها

نبعت لتسقي افنان بكر

في ديار بكر فما اروعها
