مسلسل يتناول أحداث عملية "السور الواقي" الإسرائيلية عام 2002، والحصار الذي فرضه الاحتلال على المدن الفلسطينية، واقتحام مخيم جنين، وتفاصيل الحياة اليومية للفلسطينيين لا سيما قصص الحب والعشق التي تقاطعت مع شجاعة المقاومين في الدفاع عن حقهم في الحياة بأمنٍ وسلام في تلك الفترة. ويرصد مسلسل "الاجتياح" تلك الأحداث المؤلمة في إطار رؤية للواقع الفلسطيني المعاصر تنقل المشاهد من نمطية النقل الإخباري للحدث إلى الواقع الإنساني بكافة أبعاده وجوانبه. كما يضع مشاهديه وجهًا لوجهٍ أمام الحياة بكل تقلباتها وتناقضاتها وألوانها، حيث تتقاطع قصص الحب الجارف مع حكايات الحرب المدمرة وحيثياتها الدامية. يشار إلى أن مسلسل "الاجتياح" من بطولة نخبة من النجوم الأردنيين والعرب منهم: عباس النورى، صبا مبارك، إياد نصار، منذر رياحنة، نادرة عمران، ديما قندلفت، نبيل المشيني، أنطوانيت نجيب، مكسيم خليل، محمد قباني، أشرف طلفاح، حسن عويتي، وكندة علوش. وتأليف رياض سيف،
