ثبت الفرشاة على خط اللثة بزاوية مقدارها 45 درجة ، تأكد من ملامسة الفرشاة لسطح الأسنان و اللثة . حرك الفرشاة بلطف إلى أعلى و أسفل مع تدويرها على سطح الأسنان الداخلي و الخارجي


بالضبط نفس طريقتي
