فبعد انقضاء المدّة المحددة التي أمهلتها دولة العراق الإسلامية لحكومة الولاء للصليبيين للاستجابة لمطالبها للإفراج عن منتسبي وزاراتها ،

فقد قرّرت المحكمة الشرعية في دولة العراق الإٍسلامية إقامة حُكْم الله فيهم.
